Montecristo Epic is made with a blend of Nicaraguan and Dominican filler tobaccos (some of it grown in 2007) a Nicaraguan binder and Ecuadoran Habano wrapper, one of the most popular wrapper varieties being used today. True to its name, the Epic is fuller-bodied than other Montecristos and provides a robust blend of complex flavors. One draw elicits wonderfully rich notes of chocolate, nuts, coffee, fruit, and caramel. The smoke is wonderfully round and aromatic.
