The La Palina Red Label is a new regular production line by La Palina in 2015, making its debut at the July IPCPR Convention. La Palina describes the blend as full of flavor, not of strength. The Red Label is a cigar that had premium quality Ecuadorian leaf for its wrapper and Binder, the wrapper being Cuban-seed Habano. The filler is a blend of Nicaraguan and Dominican tobaccos that perform in unison. Recently, newer releases have been featuring a Nicaraguan and Dominican filler blend which combine in unison. The La Palina Red Label starts out mild and never gets beyond medium, with the Nicaraguan tobaccos giving body, whereas the Ecuadorian and Nicaragua provide balance and finesse.The La Palina Red Label is a beautiful cigar, with exquisite construction that is a hallmark of La Palina made cigars.
